Caegis Solutions is committed to create a safe and healthy workplace, managing and utilizing processes. To ensure obsolete electronics and components are processed properly. Caegis Solutions conforms with local, State and Federal Environmental Regulations including Responsible Recycling (R2) Standards.

  • We will follow procedures to thoroughly vet downstream vendors for adherence to our policies and R2 guidelines on an annual basis.
  • Ensure that this Policy is regularly reviewed and amended as necessary for continuing sustainability and employee health & safety
  • We will not ship nor utilize any downstream vendor who ships to an non-OECD country that has laws prohibiting such imports.
  • We will utilize our Environmental Health and Safety Management System to achieve continuous improvement in all activities
  • Provide effective and immediate response to an emergency situation to minimize potentially adverse environmental impacts
  • We will pursue environmental protection and pollution prevention practices as evidenced by our environmental aspects, targets, objectives, programs and operating procedures.
  • We will communicate, maintain, document procedures and work instructions designed reduce our environmental Impacts and maintain a Safe work environment.
  • We will Comply with all laws and regulations and industry requirements.
  • We will review and manage our environmental aspects, health and safety risk and their associated improvement targets, objectives to reflect and incorporate new technologies, public concerns and changing regulatory requirements.
  • We will recycle every possible item and its components in the most effective manner possible under the reuse, recover, and disposal hierarchy.
  • We will ensure that the EHSMS and this Policy are communicated to all employees, clients, vendors, subcontractors and other interested parties.
